Office 2 of 7 · 10 steps
The Sub-Registrar office and Garvi
The Sub-Registrar registers documents and keeps the registers of everything already registered, which makes this office both the place a title is checked and the place a sale is completed. Garvi is its online face. Ten of the thirty-five steps run through here, and it is the only office in this register that publishes real rates rather than leaving the amount to be discovered at the counter.
