DSIRDA and the Apex Authority
DSIRDA is the development authority for the region. It grants permission to develop a plot and permission to occupy the finished building, it sits under an Apex Authority that runs a single window for new industrial units, and the Act also names it as the body that may tax property inside the region. Four steps and not one published figure among them, which is a finding rather than an omission.
