Office 5 of 7 · 4 steps
GujRERA, its adjudicating officer and the tribunal
The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority is where a buyer complains about a developer, and it is also where a project can be checked before any money moves. Four steps. The three complaint routes each cost one thousand rupees, prescribed by rule and payable by demand draft, which is a low enough number that the cost of complaining is never the reason not to.
