DICDL, the company that allots Dholera land
Dholera Industrial City Development Limited holds the government land inside the Special Investment Region and gives it out on a ninety-nine year lease. Three steps, and this is the one office in the register that publishes a full schedule of what it charges: a processing fee, an earnest money deposit against the reserve price, and a transfer charge that falls as the years pass.
