Where you go, and how
Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), Land Management Committee
Mode: Offline
This office handles 3 of the 35 steps in the register. What else it does, and what it charges.
What to have with you
The source names one thing to have with you.
- Application to DICDL stating reasons for the transfer, where sub-transfer was not declared at the time of allotment
Quoted from the prerequisite list in the register. Where the source names a detail rather than a document, such as a survey number, it is listed as the source words it.
The form you fill in
No form named The official source describes the application but does not give it a number, which is recorded as a declared gap rather than guessed at. Every form the register does name is indexed separately.
What it costs
Quoted from the government source, in its own words:
Transfer fee by period of usage of the property: less than 5 years - 20% of the market value; more than 5 years but less than 15 years - 10% of the market value; more than 15 years - 5% of the market value.
No part of this figure has been rounded, converted or updated by us. If the department has revised it since 4 August 2026, the correction address is in the footer. Every published fee in the register sits on one page.
How long it takes
No timing stated. A department that does not publish a service standard cannot be held to one, which is worth knowing before you plan around a date.
No timeline is stated for this step in any source examined for this register. Where a statute prescribes a period it is recorded; where it does not, the value is left empty rather than filled with a turnaround time from an unofficial source.
What to watch out for
The register keeps a note against this step. It is the part most people find out too late, so it is printed in full rather than summarised.
Where the allottee applied at the time of allotment for sub-transfer of plots, no transfer charge is payable for the first transfer of the sub-divided plot. Where sub-transfer was not declared at allotment, sub-transfer cannot exceed 50% of the original land allotment. On surrender, the allotment price paid by the allottee is FORFEITED and vacant possession must be handed back in the original condition with all dues, taxes and levies paid.
