The DICDL Land Allotment Policy, 2016
Not a statute but the land-owning company's own policy, and the only document in this register that carries a full price schedule. It sets out how DICDL land is given out, what it costs to apply, what deposit is taken, and what an allottee has to pay the company if the plot is sold on.
