Where you go, and how

Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL); tenders published on the (n)Procure e-procurement portal and advertised in prominent daily newspapers

Mode: Both

This office handles 3 of the 35 steps in the register. What else it does, and what it charges.

02

What to have with you

The source names one thing to have with you.

  • Class 3 DSC (signing and encryption) combo in the name of the organisation or individual under the Indian Root CA chain, for e-procurement bidding

Quoted from the prerequisite list in the register. Where the source names a detail rather than a document, such as a survey number, it is listed as the source words it.

03

The form you fill in

Form No. 1 (industrial) / Form No. 2 (non-industrial) with processing fees and EMD

04

What it costs

Quoted from the government source, in its own words:

Processing fee INR 20,000 to DICDL along with the tender package submission or auction registration, PLUS EMD of 5% of the reserve price of each plot put up for auction. If the successful bidder fails to deposit 10% of his bid in the prescribed time, the EMD and processing fees are forfeited and the plot is put up for allotment again.

No part of this figure has been rounded, converted or updated by us. If the department has revised it since 4 August 2026, the correction address is in the footer. Every published fee in the register sits on one page.

05

How long it takes

Quoted from the source, in its own words:

Auction registration and public notice: at least 10 days from the latest date of the public notice appearing in newspapers. The highest bidder shall deposit 10% down payment of the bid within 10 days from the date of the auction. The allotment letter is issued to the bidder within 3 days after the down payment. Balance in two stages: Stage I 30% within 90 days and Stage II 60% within 180 days from the date of the allotment letter. Agreement executed within 10 days after.

The clock runs against the office, not against you. Ten days of public notice before an auction, ten days for the winner to pay the first tenth. That is our reading of the wording printed above, which is why the wording is printed above.

The nine stated timings in the register are compared on one page.
