Stage 7 of 8 · 3 steps
Getting a plot inside Dholera SIR
How is land given out inside Dholera SIR, and what does it cost to apply?
Land inside the Special Investment Region is not bought from a farmer. It is allotted by a government company, Dholera Industrial City Development Limited, on a ninety-nine year lease rather than sold outright. Three steps: applying on a first come first served basis, bidding at auction or by tender, and selling on a plot you already hold. This is the only stage in the register with a published price schedule, and the charge for selling early is steep.
