Who grants development and building permission inside Dholera SIR?
Inside the region the authority is DSIRDA, the regional development authority, and above it sits an Apex Authority that runs a single window for a new industrial unit. Three steps, and no fee amount is published for any of them: the development form carries no fee clause, the building use form leaves its scrutiny fee line blank, and the single window fee is left to regulations we could not find published anywhere.
