Stage 6 of 8 · 4 steps
If the developer defaults
How does a buyer complain about a developer in Gujarat, and what does it cost?
What you can do when a developer does not deliver, and the check that should have happened before any money moved. Three remedies, each costing one thousand rupees by rule, and one verification step that also shows what a genuine developer had to pay to register the project. The three remedies are different doors: the Authority for a breach of the Act, its adjudicating officer for money, and the tribunal for an appeal.
