Thirty-five steps in the order a buyer meets them, from reading a survey number on AnyROR to obtaining building use permission from DSIRDA. Each row names the office or portal that owns the step, the form the official source names, the statutory fee where one is published, and the stated timeline where one exists. Extracted 2026-08-04. Read the fee and timeline columns carefully. They are empty far more often than they are full, and where they are empty this register prints a chip rather than a blank.
